We specialize in one thing and that one thing is eyelash extensions. Eyelash extensions aren’t the kind of thing you want to risk having a bad experience with, especially the first time trying them. We do everything we can to preserve your natural lash.
Lash4theWin has a 3-day policy. This policy means that you have 3 days to receive a free touchup if your eyelash set is not to your liking.
Any day after the 3rd day a $45.00 touch up fee is applied.
There are no refunds.
We do not honor free touch ups if after the 24 hour period you have not washed your lashes.
We do not honor free touch ups if you have put on any mascara or any type of strip lash and/or cluster.
If you cancel or reschedule your free touch up within 6 hours or no show you are no longer eligible for a free touch up.
If you are late to your appointment free touch-ups are not honored.
For 30 min appointments there are no free touch-ups.
We do not honor free touch ups if you are a first time client & coming in with Lashes from another establishment or are a returning client with lashes from another establishment.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment six hours before your appointment, then a $25 cancellation fee will be assessed.
Lash4theWin does not offer refunds, we do offer a 3 day grace period to come in for touch-ups as needed. This does not apply to touch-ups or weekly’s.
All first-time clients must pay a $25 deposit fee that goes towards your service unless you cancel or reschedule six hours before your service. With all Mega Volume Sets, there is a $50 deposit which goes towards your service.
